PATTAYA BEACH BOOT CAMP
PATTAYA'S MOST GRUELING WORKOUT!

You will be thankful that this boot camp is on the beach because that ocean water sure does feel refreshing when the workout if finished! This is Thailand’s only beach boot camp and it takes place right on two of the most beautiful beaches in the world.
We offer two sessions daily. Monday,
Wednesday and Friday at 8am and 6pm on Pattaya Beach and Tuesday and Thursday at 8am and 6pm on Jomtiem Beach. We recommend both 8am and 6pm, but I must say that the 6pm session is pretty special. It allows you the most grueling beach boot camp workout while at the same time taking in the most spectacular sunset in the world.
This is a no nonsense back to basics boot camp. You never know what kind of exercises our talented fitness trainers will come up with during this session because they are always changing and keeping it fresh. You might be carrying buckets of sand in each hand for 100 meters, be doing 100 meter barefoot sprints in the loose beach sand or crab crawls down to the water and back! We also have a weighted medicine ball which likes to be carried above your shoulders for long distances in the sand! I can promise you that you will be spent by the end of the hour! Burn calories, shed fat, tone muscles and achieve new levels of superior fitness.
There is no better feeling than to have the sand between your toes and the ocean at your fingertips. And now there is a beach boot camp workout which gives you the opportunity to experience this along with a workout that will leave feeling like you just did the best thing you could possibly do for your body and health. Our fitness trainers do not pit you against other members of this boot camp program. This is a competition with yourself to see if you have what it takes to improve your mind and body and health and achieve personal fitness levels that you thought were never possible. Our boot camp fitness trainers motivate, encourage and empower you to be great! Bring your water bottle, a towel and your best

Q & A:  WHAT MAKES A GOOD PERSONAL TRAINER?
This is a commonly asked question and a very valid topic for people to consider when deciding to utilize a personal fitness trainer.  Personal trainers come in all shapes, sizes, levels of education, years of experience and styles.
Most people will choose a personal trainer based on their physique because they want to look the same as that particular trainer.  The general rule is that the way a personal trainer looks is because of the way they conduct their workout regiment and their daily food intake ie; calories, carbs, fats, proteins.  Simply stated, any person looks the way they do because of the way they take care of themselves.

It is very important to first and foremost, make certain that your trainer is well educated.  Knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, kinesiology and nutrition are imperative.  Knowledge of the muscles including their function is critical in implementing a proper fitness program.  Knowledge of nutrition will determine how well a trainer can get his/her client's mucles to react to specific programs as well as being "the other 50%" of what it takes to reach a client's goals.
Secondly, experience is key.  A personal trainer can study all they want in a classroom, but all that education can be rendered useless if they have no practical field experience.  After all, you don't get good by reading about it...you get good by doing it!
Personal fitness training is an unregulated industry.  Most people do not know that to become a "certified personal trainer", you only need to study a course for a few hours on a Saturday and then take the exam on Sunday to be certified.  That's it!  Kind of scary to think that you are paying hard earned money and putting your trust in someone who very well could have spent only two days to become your "certified personal trainer"!
Thirdly, I am a firm believer that in order to teach, instruct or train a fitness discipline, a trainer must first have not only done it, but done it well.  There is no conceivable way for a trainer to teach a fitness discipline and be effective if they have not spent a great deal of time doing that sport themselves.
At 42 years old I have spent my entire life both participating in, teaching, training and instructing just about every sport imaginable!
I have studied extensively, Corporate Fitness and Nutrition at the college level and have 23 years of successful practical field personal training experience.
